We are Carolina Home Health Care
Established in March of 2004, Carolina Home Health Care has been providing the best quality in-home care for patients of the Carolinas for over 20 years! We specialize in non-medical personal care and companionship for seniors, veterans, adults with disabilities, and children with special needs. We are also proud to say that we are credentialled through the Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP), the oldest national accrediting group for community-based healthcare organizations.
Our Charlotte office serves the Charlotte region and all of its surrounding counties, including Mecklenburg, York, Union, Gaston, Cabarrus, Iredell, Rowan, Cleveland, Lancaster, Lincoln, Stanly, Chester, Anson, Chesterfield, and Alexander. Our Charlotte office also serves York, Lancaster, and Chester Counties in South Carolina, including Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Tega Cay, Indian Land, Lancaster, and Chester.
Our Raleigh office serves the Research Triangle region and its surrounding 10+ counties.

Our Mission
Our first priority will always be our clients' health. With over 100 well-trained caregivers on our team (and constantly expanding), we are experienced professionals who aim to take care of the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our clients, whether it be for your or your loved one!
With an emphasis on patient-focused care with specific plans customized to each patient's needs, we ensure that all of our patients are provided with a seamless care experience in the comfort of their own home!
Our Team
Our team is made up of well-trained caregivers from varying titles including Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), supervised by Registered Nurses (RNs). We pride ourselves not only on their vast training on each of our services, but on their compassionate nature and passion for what they do. Many of our caregivers are also bilingual and can speak to their patients in their native language for a comforting experience!
Our patients look forward to seeing our diverse team members on a scheduled basis for the genuine human connection built, whether that be through a companion that listens, helping with household tasks, or even doing a puzzle together! Just as we look out for their patients' well-being, we also make sure to treat our caregivers with the utmost respect and ensure we are a company that they will always be proud to be a part of!

Payment Options
Quality home care shouldn't be out of reach. We accept a variety of payment options—many of which require no out-of-pocket cost to you or your family. We proudly accept VA benefits, Medicaid, long-term care insurance, and private pay.
